Brethren, our first BBQ fund-raiser for 2008 is now complete and I am pleased to report that, THANKS TO YOUR TICKET SALES, it was a remarkable success.  We had a great time at Right Worshipful Wimpy’s place during the BBQ preparations.  Those of you who took the time to help out know what I mean.  Thanks to all of you.  Thanks also to those of you who generously donated their Saturday on April 12th to help distribute our delicious homemade BBQ.  It is heartwarming to know that Henrico Union has such a hardworking and dedicated membership. 

Special thanks go to our Worshipful Master.  Right Worshipful Wimpy has worked tirelessly through this fund-raiser process.  He slept very little during the cooking process and worked hard seeing to it that we produced the best possible product.  Without his dedication and leadership skills this would not have been possible.

We will do it again this fall. With you help, next time will be even better.
